Advanced user guide—extensions for ATOmiCS toolbox

This tutorial provides an advanced user guide on how to extend ATomiCS toolbox to work with different governing equations, preprocessing and postprocessing components, new solvers, additional design variables, different outputs that are not already implemented by the developers of ATomiCS tool.
